Nomadic 911 Update

Nomadic users of SyncGlobal IP voice service must update their location information to enable proper 911 emergency call routing.

SyncGlobal provides two ways to update your 911 location information:

1. Hosted Sync Premium customers and nomadic feature seat subscribers can access their online portal to update their current locations.
   • Log into your CommPortal at http://comportal.syncglobal.net/portal
   • Go to the Settings tab
   • Follow the link at the top right of the portal to set your current location.
   • You will need to provide your user name, your current address, including street address, city, state, and zip.
2. Call our NOC at 678-821-1NOC (678-821-1662), and our staff can assist you in updating your current location.
   • You will need to provide your user name, your current address, including street address, city, state, and zip.
