Utilize SyncGlobal’s email ticketing system. Email . Note your business name, your name, your office telephone and cell numbers, the location(s) experiencing the issue, and a description of the issue.
SyncGlobal’s ticketing system will send an automatic reply to the email address that initiated the ticket to confirm receipt and provide a trouble ticket number.
